Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Eligibility

• By joining or participating in Dune Spice Seekers (“Spice Seekers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“user,” “member,” “player,” or “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”). These Terms apply to all services operated by Spice Seekers, including our website, custom game servers, Discord community, and any other property or platform associated with our group.

• By using any of our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and a legal resident in a country where use of our services is permitted. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued participation indicates acceptance of any changes.
   

2. Accounts & Security

• Account Responsibility:
  You are solely responsible for the security and activity of your account(s). Keep your login information safe and do not share your access with others. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, notify staff immediately.

• One Account Rule:
  Each member may maintain only one active account (“shard”) within our community. Creating or using multiple accounts, or sharing accounts to bypass rules or gain advantage, is prohibited and grounds for removal.
   

3. Access & Availability

• Requirements:
  Participation in Spice Seekers requires access to a personal computer and internet connection. All equipment and access costs are your responsibility.

• Service Availability:
  Spice Seekers services may not be available at all times or in all locations, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion. We may modify, update, or patch our services as needed.

• Monitoring:
  While we are not required to monitor all activity, we reserve the right to monitor, review, or record user interactions for the safety and well-being of the community.
   

4. User Content & Community Standards

• Content Responsibility:
  Anything you post, share, upload, or communicate using our services (“User Content”) is your responsibility. By contributing content, you grant Spice Seekers the right to use, display, and distribute that content within our platforms.

• Code of Conduct:
  All user behavior and content must comply with our [Community Code of Conduct].
  This includes, but is not limited to, rules regarding harassment, hate speech, cheating, spamming, and sharing inappropriate or prohibited content.

• Prohibited Content:
  Any content or behavior considered unlawful, harmful, offensive, harassing, or otherwise disruptive may result in account actions, including removal of content and/or account termination.
   

5. Age Restriction

• Dune Spice Seekers is an 18+ community. Anyone found to be underage will have their access revoked until eligible.
   

6. Fair Play & No Exploits

• No Cheating:
  The use of cheats, exploits, unauthorized third-party tools, or any attempt to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
  If you discover an exploit, report it to staff immediately.

• No Unsolicited PvP:
  Player versus Player interactions are only permitted when all involved parties provide explicit consent or during official, announced events.
   

7. Prohibited Transactions

• No member may buy, sell, trade, or solicit real money, gifts, or favors for in-game assets, staff roles, or other privileges outside of official, staff-approved channels.
   

8. Content Sharing & Streaming

• All members, including streamers and viewers, are expected to adhere to Discord, Twitch, and Spice Seekers policies. Stalking, harassing, or targeting streamers or members, either in-game or in chat, is not tolerated.
   

9. Account Actions & No Refund Policy

• Account Suspension/Termination:
  Spice Seekers reserves the right to issue warnings, restrict access, suspend, or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms or the Code of Conduct.
  Such actions may be taken at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

• No Refunds:
  If your access to any Spice Seekers service is restricted, suspended, or terminated as a result of a violation of these Terms, you forfeit all access to goods, services, virtual items, or digital content, and are not entitled to any refunds or compensation, regardless of any purchases or donations previously made.
   

10. Rule Interpretation & Staff Discretion

• Staff have the authority to interpret and enforce these Terms to ensure the health and integrity of the community. Attempts to circumvent, exploit, or twist the rules are not permitted.

• We reserve the right to change, add, or remove rules at any time as needed to maintain a positive environment.
   

11. Support & Communication

• Please use our official support ticket system for questions, concerns, or to report issues. Do not DM staff directly unless instructed.
   

12. Acceptance

• By using any Spice Seekers services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
